Presentation Recording, On Demand.

You're already booking the stage. Recording it shouldn't be another project.

You're speaking in Denver this month. Chicago next month.

Orlando after that.

Every new city shouldn't mean starting over:

  • Searching Google for videographers

  • Digging through Fiverr or Upwork

  • Comparing portfolios

  • Waiting for quotes

  • Explaining how you need your presentation captured

  • Hoping the person you hired actually delivers

Spotlight replaces all of that.

Tell us where and when you're speaking. Book online in under five minutes. We assign a vetted local production professional trained in the Spotlight system.

You show up and speak.

We handle the recording.

HOW SPOTLIGHT WORKS

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY SPEAK

Spotlight isn't designed to help you look like a speaker.

It's built to record you when you're actually on stage.

If you already have presentations, keynotes, workshops, panels, or breakout sessions on your calendar, Spotlight gives you one place to handle professional recording wherever those opportunities take you.

A FAMILIAR STORY

SOUND FAMILIAR?
You gave a great presentation. The audience was engaged. People come up afterward to tell you how much it resonated.

But your stomach sinks as you realize the moment is over and you didn't record it. You kick yourself for weeks. The footage would have been perfect for your demo reel, proof you could have shared with event organizers to book your next talk.

NEXT TIME, YOU'RE PREPARED.
You buy a tripod and microphone for your phone and record yourself on stage.  You cross your fingers as you open up the recording—it's terrible. You look and sound distant. A few times you even stepped off camera without realizing it.

FINE. LESSON LEARNED.
Next time, you're hiring a pro.
Then came Google. Fiverr. Upwork. Dozens of portfolios. Wedding films. Real estate videos. That one unsettling experimental music video.

You wonder what you're doing wrong. Other speakers use video, how do they do it? Some colleagues refer you to their local videographer but no one knows any professionals in the city you're about to speak in.

You're ready to scream.

THEN, SPOTLIGHT.
You enter where and when you're speaking.
That's basically it.

Spotlight sends a vetted, trained local videographer who already knows how to record presentations.
You step on stage. They handle the rest.
A few days later, you have professional video you can actually watch, share and use.

No searching. No portfolios. No guessing.
Just book your presentation and go speak.

Spotlight. Any stage. Anywhere in the U.S.
