What is each piece of content?

FULL TALK RECORDING

A watchable and shareable video of your full presentation. Always ask your videographer for a “color graded, audio mixed .mp4 of the talk with the dead space trimmed off the beginning and end.”

RAW MEDIA

The original video and audio files from your presentation. These are not usable unless you are a professional video editor. Archive these files for future repurposing.

HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS

3-5 minute videos of your talk’s best moments. Focus on sharing a strong story, a novel insight/key takeaway, and a moment of great audience engagement.

SHORT VIDEO CLIPS

15-60 second videos to grab a viewers attention. Focus on one clear and complete idea per video. Consider moments that are entertaining, emotiv, or enlightening.

QUOTE GRAPHICS

Your favorite quote placed on top of your favorite photo of you speaking on stage. Include your name and logo.

NEWSLETTERS/EMAILS

Excerpts from your talk in written form. Do not include video or hyperlinks as your emails will be flagged as spam and blocked. Do include a quote graphic.

EVENT TAKEAWAY VIDEOS

Selfie videos intended to convert in person audiences from an event into digital audiences for continued engagement.

Add VALUE not NOISE. Recommended prompts:

"I'm speaking at [event] about [topic]. Here's why it matters..."

"A mistake I keep noticing at this conference is..."

"My biggest takeaway from this event was..."

TESTIMONIALS

1 minute video testimonies recorded immediately after your talk. Require testimonies from event organizers at every talk.

Tips for Testimonials

Generic Questions = Generic Answers. Instead ask:

“What surprised you”

“What was your favorite moment”

“What is something you’ll do differently”

Require complete sentences

Expand your network—tag and share testimonies on the person’s LinkedIn

STAGE/AUDIENCE PHOTOS

Capture a wide variety of photos—speaking on stage, selfies, shots of audience—both mingling and posed. Capture photos with and without event signage.

HOW to EASILY

Convert 1 Talk into 30 Pieces of Content

  1. TRANSCRIBE THE FULL TALK

Get your full talk edited into a video

Upload the video into AI and ask for a timecoded transcript

  1. CREATE 10 SHORT VIDEOS

Enter your talk’s full transcript into AI

Prompt AI:

“Attached is a transcript from a recent talk I gave. Over the next month, I want to [insert goal]. My target audience is [insert audience]. My core sales angle is [insert theme]. Give me the 10 best sound bites I can turn into social media videos that are 10-60 seconds long to support my goal. Do not make up any sound bites. Only provide verbatim quotes from the transcript. Look for a variety of sound bites that share a novel insight, a key takeaway, a short story or anecdote, or showcase great audience engagement. Include timecodes so I can share them with my video editor.”

  1. CREATE 5 QUOTE GRAPHICS

Select 5 quotes from your short video soundbites

Upload the quote, a favorite photo of you on stage, and your logo into AI

Prompt AI:

“Use this quote to create a graphic for [instagram, linkedin, facebook] with the photo of me speaking on stage as the background. Include my logo. Make the graphic bold and eye grabbing.”

  1. CREATE 3 HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS

Prompt AI:

“Attached is a transcript from a recent talk I gave. Over the next month, I want to [insert goal]. My target audience is [insert audience]. My core sales angle is [insert theme]. Give me the 3 best excerpts I can turn into highlight videos that are about 5 minutes long to support my goal. Do not make up any sound bites. Only provide verbatim quotes from the transcript. Focus one video on [great story/anecdote you shared], one video about [key insight/takeaway], and one that demonstrates my ability to engage the audience. Include timecodes so I can share them with my video editor.”

  1. CREATE WRITTEN CONTENT

Reword the 3 highlight video outlines into newsletters, emails, or landing pages

Add a quote graphic
