Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below extend only to products and services outlined within this Purchase Order between Spotlight Videos and Client.

Spotlight Videos guarantees all media used by Spotlight Videos are free of copyright and available for redistribution.

Client guarantees all media provided to Spotlight Videos are free of copyright or owned by Client and available for use and redistribution.

Client grants Spotlight Videos a royalty free license to use all media produced on behalf of Client for marketing and advertising purposes. Licensing begins 90 days after final delivery of products and lasts in perpetuity throughout the universe.

Client may opt out of the royalty free licensing by checking the “Licensing opt out” check box during booking.

OVERAGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Client is responsible for payment of all additional fees and charges for bookings that start late or run longer than the scheduled time.

Client cancellations that occur at least 48 hours before scheduled start times are guaranteed a full refund. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled start times for any reason whatsoever.

Spotlight Videos reserves the right to cancel any and all services with written notice at least 48 hours before booked start times for any reason whatsoever with maximum liability being full refund of payments made to date.

QUALITY

Client acknowledges some elements are outside the control of Spotlight Videos such as audio, lighting, and staging provided by other vendors or audience interference. Client acknowledges these do not constitute failure to fill the terms of this agreement on behalf of Spotlight Videos.

Client acknowledges that every event has unique video and photo capture guidelines that Spotlight Videos must and will follow.

In the event Spotlight Videos fails to provide professional services or products for any reason whatsoever, Spotlight Videos is liable no further than a full refund of all payments made to date.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit is required to book Spotlight Videos services. The remaining balance is due upon the scheduled start date. Spotlight Videos will not deliver products until full payment is received.

GLOSSARY

“Client” refers to the company or individual contracting for video and/or photo production services. Spotlight Videos refers to the production company Spotlight Videos, LLC. “Media” includes, but is not limited to, raw video/audio recordings, stock videos/photos, archived videos/photos, company logos, music, video templates, slide decks, graphics, and transcripts.
