We assign a vetted local production professional who has been selected and trained to work within the Spotlight production system.
You don't need to search profiles, compare portfolios, interview anyone, or manage freelancers.

Do you fly crews around the country?
No. Spotlight uses a nationwide network of local production professionals, allowing us to provide consistent presentation recording without the unnecessary expense of flying a crew across the country.
Can you record breakout sessions and smaller presentations?
Yes. Spotlight isn't limited to main-stage keynotes. We can capture keynotes, breakouts, workshops, panels, corporate presentations, association meetings, and other live speaking engagements.
Do both BOGO presentations need to happen within 30 days?
